LIGHT ROAST
Also known as Breakfast Roast, our mild bodied Light Roast is bright and crisp with hints of blackberry, brown sugar and orange zest. Sourced from Brazil our Light Roast is full of great coffee character keeping more of the bean’s original flavor and max caffeine.
MEDIUM ROAST
A pure Colombian coffee, smooth and rightly balanced, our bold bodied Medium Roast delivers peak java appeal with subtle flavors of honey and cherry. Our select Medium Roast broadly grabs the attention of most coffee drinkers as an all-around crowd-pleaser.
DARK ROAST
Our Sumatran Dark Roast has the boldest, richest, and deepest roasted-coffee character. Earthy, with a heavier finish and lower acidity, this syrupy Indonesian coffee is The Colonel’s choice. Our Dark Roast is also precisely ground for all of our Espresso based drinks.
DECAFFINATED
This medium roasted and water-processed Decaffeinated coffee brews without the jitters. Notes of almond, sweet cream and chocolate come from our Peruvian coffee bean. The chemical-free decaffeination process retains more coffee flavor - smooth and mild.

We took an old building with good bones and gave it new life—preserving its history while filling it with warmth, purpose, and plenty of good coffee. This shop was created with the same values that shaped a lifetime of service: discipline, care, excellence, and respect for people. The renovated building gives those values a home, an inviting small-town atmosphere where neighbors can gather, visitors can feel welcome, and every ration is served with intention.
